  • Ability to maintain data confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions
  • Provides leadership and guidance to ensure staff members meet performance expectations.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with children or youth in a structured environment, such as a camp counselor, teacher, coach, or mentor.
