Clinical administration supports the clinical and educational efforts within the pre-doctoral and postgraduate clinic operations. The clinical administration staff provides courteous, professional and effective support services and is committed to providing patient, student, and faculty with information, guidance, and quality service to contribute to a successful dental clinic experience. This includes maintaining a safe environment, assuring that patients’ dental needs are addressed in a caring, confidential, timely, and thorough manner that patients are informed about their treatment and clinic procedures, and those patients’ finances are handled accurately and efficiently.


What You'll Do

Under close supervision, provides excellent customer service, greets patients, inputs and/or verifies patient information, responds to patient inquiries, and schedules/confirms appointments.  Performs other related duties to assist in the management of the front desk.


What We're Looking For

Minimum Required Experience, Education, Background, And Certifications/Licenses
• The following required knowledge and skills as typically acquired by completing a High School degree/equivalency and 0-1 year of job-related experience. Basic computer skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Additional Preferred Experience, Education, etc.
• Basic computer skills. Excellent communication skills and customer service focus while interacting with patients and other customers.
An employee in this position must complete all appropriate background checks at the time of hire, promotion, or transfer.
