The outreach coordinator will manage all outreach efforts into the community for CSE alumni events and also all internal CSE communications. The successful candidate has to be a self starter and work independently, and be able to:
- coordinate programs by scheduling events, identifying and securing locations, generating and disseminating promotional materials, arranging for all food and refreshments
- implement events, manage logistics and troubleshoot potential issues with all external and internal vendors
- work with the entire SEAS to implement all events and outreach.
The outreach coordinator will also work with other Deans, Faculty and external evaluators to compile dossiers for all faculty involved in tenure and/or promotion.

Bachelors degree required, preferably related to STEM, and 1 year experience in coordinating events in a fast pace and ever changing environment. Excellent written and verbal communications skills a must.
