To provide point-of-use instruction at library reference desks, and research and information services to students, faculty and staff.
Provides ACC Campus Library Services reference & instructional services to ACC students, faculty and staff, including in person, phone, email and library chat.
Participates in critical recordkeeping practices including using reference desk software designed to gather student learning outcome data.
Proficiency in using PCs, office productivity software, knowledge of electronic information resources, the Internet and wikis, laptops, iPads, and ereaders.
