    Are you ready to take on the exciting challenge of coordinating, collaborating, and supporting the managing employee health services for 70 Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education- (ACGME) accredited, medical residency and fellowship programs with a great team of Graduate Medical Education (GME) professionals? The University of Buffalo (UB) GME Office is seeking a detail-oriented individual with a robust medical background to join our team as a Lead Physician.

    As UB GME’s Lead Physician, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


    • Manage GME employee health service functions

    • Maintain oversight of annual health assessments for residents/fellows

    • Assist GME Office/Program Directors with individual resident/fellow health issues that affect training and education

    • Review and develop policies and procedures according to University at Buffalo, Erie County, New York State and Federal Government guidelines
