    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
    WPI is seeking a temporary Research Assistant to assist in Professor Sergey Makaroff lab.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Responsibilities:



    • Perform a bulk download of microglia, oligodendrocytes, pieces of astrocytes, and other non-neuronal cells for Minnie 65 brain sample from Allen Inst. of BrainScience (Seattle).



    • Obtain at least such 40,000 cells (the *.stl format, proofread). Heal the meshes with alpha wrapping.



    • Register them with 81,000 neuronal cells downloaded previously.




    Compensation: $20 per hour. This is a part-time temporary position.
