    Position Summary


    The University at Buffalo Division of Athletics invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Offensive Analyst/Recruiting. The successful candidate must demonstrate attention to detail, be a self-starter and show a commitment to continuous quality improvement, and innovation. In addition, a commitment to effective communication, integrity, transparency and confidentiality is an expectation for this position.

    Key Accountabilities and responsibilities:



      • Provide critical data analysis of footage and make important evaluations of opponents’ strengths/weaknesses and develops game strategy to assist the Offensive Coordinator.

      • Use similar analytic skills and independent judgment to assist the Offensive Coordinator with the priority ranking of recruits.

      • Communicate with prospective recruits and their parents.

      • Assist the Offensive coaches with player personnel files, recruiting information, scouting reports, playbooks, and academics of the current Student-Athletes.

    Minimum Qualifications



    • Bachelor’s Degree required.

    • Experience working in Division I FBS program.

    • Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software to maximize efficiency and organization within Football recruiting operations.

    • Must be knowledgeable on Social Networking Sites.

    • Must be highly organized and be able to handle multiple tasks, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
