  • Research Support Specialist

    The Institute for Lasers Photonics and Biophotonics at the University at Buffalo is hiring a Research Support Specialist. The specific goals are to perform research based on the material processing, device optimization and development for the application of sensing.

    The Research Support Specialist will receive training in a variety of characterization techniques, including spectroscopy (Raman, UV-Visible, FTIR, XPS0, microscopy (SEM, TEM), and animal model testing. Possibly to develop skills in data analysis, scientific communication, and collaboration, in addition to gaining valuable laboratory experience. Participating in seminars, workshops, and other educational activities will likely be beneficial for enhancing understanding in the respective field.
