University Advancement has an exciting opportunity for
a temporary part-time role as Regional Engagement Officer. The final title will be determined based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. Initially offered on a temporary basis, this role has the potential for permanent placement based on performance and organizational needs. This appointment may last up to one year and will report directly to the Director of Alumni Events.
The Regional Engagement Officer will play a crucial role on our alumni engagement team, with responsibilities including:
• Plan events in NYC, DC, and Rochester to engage alumni living in those regions. Develop relationships with Regional Network Leaders in those areas to support events and the promotion of engagement opportunities.
• Deepen relationships with alumni by increasing the number and variety of engagements as measured by CASE Alumni Engagement Metrics.
• Identify and share with advancement officers specific targeted prospect connection opportunities through university-wide alumni events and programs.
• Participate as a full member of the University Advancement staff, attending alumni engagement and unit-based advancement team meetings, professional development activities, and other staff meetings as appropriate.
