The
Purchasing and Contracts department within Business Services at the University at Buffalo is seeking a
Purchase Assistant to handle multiple tasks to assist our team of buyers with tasks related to procurement items for the entire campus community.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming / outgoing Contracts related to a wide-range of various commodities
- Manage / establish eProcurement templates, catalogs and content libraries as needed
- Work collaboratively with multiple buyers on various contracts for many different vendors
- Participate with directors / staff / buyers to develop and maintain standards for the contracts process.
