The School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is seeking an Information Systems Technician to support internal and external stakeholders through software interaction and management, data reporting, software and hardware troubleshooting, and meeting organization and documentation. This position will work as part of a small IT team to support pharmacy research for the New York State Department of Health Medicaid Initiatives in the Department of Pharmacy Practice.

Job Duties to include:
  • Software interaction, maintenance, and management
  • Reporting and marketing
  • Customer relations
  • Meeting organization and documentation
  • Support department objectives
