The Office of Information Technology is seeking applicants for an Endpoint Support Analyst in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) group. This position serves as the coordinator and project lead between OIT and various campus offices working together to identify and resolve users having multiple identities within the University’s Banner ERP system and all platforms receiving identity data from that system. This position will also provide Tier 2 support and request fulfillment of campus resources supported by the IAM group. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as is an understanding of the business environment of a large university system, its policies, and operating procedures.
