Position Summary
- Assist with the development of informational materials and scholarship forms.
- Assist with scholarship announcements, marketing, recruitment, and consultation with prospective scholarship recipients.
- Coordination with partner agencies for the scholarship recruitment and outreach.
- Management of simple databases for scholarship recipient tracking (scholarship documentation, academic progress monitoring, financial records, and payback obligations
- Data entry and management within the Rehabilitation Services Administration Payback Information Management System
- Maintenance of periodic communication, updating of contact records, and tracking of scholars’ employment upon program completion.
- Development and management of scholar tracking databases for record keeping.
- Accurate tracking of students receiving scholarships (in-process students, graduates and non-graduates)
- Support the project director in developing quarterly progress and budget reports.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with grants or foundations in grant writing, grant management, or grant reporting;
- Experience in communicating and collaborating with community service providers;
Skills in building and/or managing simple databases and accounting software (e.g. Excel);
- Skills in professional writing and communication;
- Appreciation for diversity and sensitivity to working in multicultural environment with faculty, students, and staf
