-Maintains the Aggie Source inventory of food, toiletries, clothes, accessories, etc. by shopping/ placing orders
-Organize, manage and track donations and donations drives
-Develops new and maintains existing partnerships (i.e. Second Harvest Food Bank, Food Lion, etc.)
-Hires, trains, schedules and supervises volunteers and staff.
-Manages the day-to-day operations (stocking, packing orders, maintaining client database, marketing services and "Pick List" items, etc.
-Implements and updates the Aggie Source policies and procedures.
-Upholds standards for compliance and guidelines of Second Harvest Food Bank
-Must be able to lift, carry and upload at least 30 pounds
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
High School Diploma or its equivalent; experience working with a food service industry or food pantry experience; MS Word, Excel experience required; Experience working with college students
Bachelor’s degree; Supervisory experience; Non-profit work experience is preferred; Social media/marketing experience; Safe Serv certification
