Provides project management including adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Plans, schedules or coordinates projects activities to meet deadlines. Monitors project compliance. Coordinates the overall integration of the project. Supervises and directs project personnel; assigns duties and responsibilities.
Manage TIA budget, generate budget reports for PI, TTU, and TEA.
Process invoices for contractors.
Monitor team progress (TTU and contractors) toward benchmark and prepare invoices for TEA.
Serve as initial liaison between LEAs and PI.
Ensure effective communication across working groups internal to TTU (e.g., schedule meetings, keep and share minutes).
Collaborate with TTU and TEA offices to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow among TEA, TTU, and contractors.
Coordinate rater assignments through the Swivl system (Year 2).
Prepare for, coordinate and facilitate TIA related events at TTU (e.g., rater training, summer conference, kick-off events & celebrations).
Arrange travel for team members and raters.
Monitor and support marketing representatives for TIA work.
Process purchase orders in accordance with TTU/State of Texas procurement policies.
Coordinate all aspects of training and project meetings to include planning, speaker payments/travel, facility rental, food orders, and registration.
Experience managing large budgets and / or projects in business settings.
Experience working in diverse cultural and/or linguistic contexts.
Working knowledge of TTU data and accounting systems. Familiarity with public school policies at the national and state level.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years.
