Auburn University is accepting applications for the position of Instructor-Project Archivist in the Special Collections & Archives Department of the University Libraries. This individual will be stationed at the National Park Service, Southeast Region Office in Atlanta, Georgia, and will be required to live full-time in the Atlanta metro region. This position requires overnight travel throughout the National Park Service Southeast Region for as many as three weeks per month. The Instructor-Project Archivist will work under the combined supervision of National Park Service and Auburn University staff. This is a one-year limited term position with the potential for additional one-year extensions if funding is available.
