Supervisor Admissions Processing – (190687)
Provide leadership and direction in Admissions Operations, processing, data management, reporting and research toward meeting annual and long-term strategic enrollment goals. Responsible for coordination and completion of all Admissions Operations processes. The Admissions Operations Supervisor is ultimately responsible for oversight and management of all contact leads from prospective student inquiry through the Admission process to matriculation and enrollment of new students at the Prescott campus.
Maintain the integrity of admissions data and communication management within the Campus Solutions student information system, the TargetX Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system, including the online application, and the Oracle Imaging and Imaging Workflow systems.
These functions are achieved through effective management and direction of the Admissions Operations personnel, including five full-time staff; three Admissions Specialists, an Admissions Data System Technician, an Imaging Analyst and a staff of part-time clerical student employees.
The Admissions Operations Director works closely with constituents in many departments within the University at all three campuses on systems and processes coordination, consistency, updates, and issues, including, but not limited to Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Information Technology and College Academic Advisors.
30% Management of systems, processes and admissions data integrity. Systems include but not limited to Salesforce online application system, Campus Solutions student system; Salesforce Target X customer relationship management (CRM) system; Oracle Imaging and Process Management system, Discoverer reporting system.
30% Management, oversight and implementation of customer communication flow, including: assurance and integrity of all outgoing communication flow, both print and electronic; as well as appropriate distribution, data entry, and systems integration of all incoming communications and data, leads and documents
25% Interact and work closely with various University constituents one-on-one and as part of various project teams to provide information, troubleshoot, answer questions, aid in strategic planning, test, and implement and optimize systems, etc. on an ongoing and ad hoc basis.
15% Management of the Admissions Operations personnel, including five full-time staff; three Admissions Specialists, an Admissions Data System Technician, an Imaging Specialist/Analyst, and a staff of part-time clerical student employees.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or closely related field) and 3-5 years professional work experience OR 10 years Office management experience.
