This is a limited term position ending December 31, 2021. This is a part-time position working 17.5 hours per week. This is a grant funded position and is not eligible for severance pay.
The Fletcher School is the United States’ first professional graduate school of international affairs. The mission of the Center for Strategic Studies (CSS) is to produce cutting edge scholarly analysis and publications that focus both on assessing the strengths and weaknesses of contemporary American foreign policy. The broader aim will be developing a better strategy to protect and advance U.S. vital interests in a dynamic, turbulent, and unpredictable 21st century global environment; supporting innovative and more effective U.S. foreign policy.
Provides part-time (50%) advanced support and coordination for a university Program. Produces a variety of documents, reports and proposals, responds to inquiries and provides detailed information to constituents. Organizes and maintains files and databases; designs and updates applications or other forms for data entry. May assist in updating website and posting social media material. Participates in development of program or project marketing and communications materials, coordinates logistics for meetings and events including travel and arrangements for speakers, provides research assistance, and monitors budgets. Facilitates the process of appointing of staff, including advertising and processing of appointment materials.
