The Department of Student Accounts located on UB’s North Campus, is looking to hire a Staff Assistant (Refund Coordinator) to handle various duties.
In this position you will be responsible for the following:
Refunds of Financial Aid and Overpayments
Stale-Dated Check Compliance and Processing
Model outstanding customer service practices
Training and Presentation Development

Associates Degree with two or more years of related experience
Proven ability to work in an environment controlled by federal, state, and/or institutional guidelines
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft office software, particularly in Excel and Word
Experience with PeopleSoft Student Financial module
