Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking an Associate Executive Director, Campus Operations, reporting to the Executive Director, ERAU U.S. Campuses. The Associate Executive Director serves as U.S. operations manager, coordinator, and planner, working closely with campus directors and staff in all aspects of administrative operations. This role supports and represents the Executive Director, U.S. in all functions of that position. The Associate Executive Director also enforces administrative procedures, projects a positive university image as related to administrative affairs, and provides positive and effective leadership to U.S. staff culminating in quality educational programs consistent with cost effective and efficient operations.

This position promotes excellence in student services throughout all U.S. locations and supports the University’s team environment and participates as a team member. Responsibilities: Enforcement of all administrative standards, policies and procedures. Works to ensure that the campuses are operated effectively and efficiently and that university goals and objectives, including enrollment targets, are met. Ensures high standards and effective and efficient campus administrative operations are conducted. Oversees the orientation and professional development of campus staff members.  Maintenance of appropriate statistical records used to provide required reports and to monitor the effectiveness of administrative operations within U.S.Coordinates with ERAU-W headquarters staff to maintain contact with appropriate state regulatory and approving agencies, Department of Veterans Affairs, regional offices, and other state or federal regulatory authorities and regional accrediting agencies and ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, criteria and procedures.Responsible, in cooperation with the Campus Academic Standards and Review Committee and following Worldwide and University procedures, for decisions regarding employee and student grievances issues, etc., that originate within ERAU-Worldwide.
