Grants Post-Award Coordinator


Reporting to a managerial designee in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, the Grants Post-Award Coordinator (Professional Services Specialist 4) will provide project coordination, budgetary and administrative support for the assigned grant(s) in a fast-paced, university environment. This position will provide grant support while ensuring compliance with departmental and University policies regarding proper use of funds. This position may require a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours. Some travel may also be required. This is a grant funded position and continued employment is contingent upon grant funding.


Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and one year of related professional experience is required. A Master’s degree in a related field can be substituted for the one year of required experience. Professional work experience in a research, academic or university environment is preferred. Work experience supporting grant funded programs is a plus. Candidate must have knowledge of data analytics and data management; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities; and strong oral and written communication skills.
