Associate Director Veterans Affairs – Admissions and Financial Aid, the Fletcher School – (21001365)
The purpose of this position is to grow the number of veterans and active-duty students at The Fletcher School in all degree programs to support institutional diversity and enrich the student body. Lead the review and enhancement of current services available for veterans and alumni with the goal of increasing enrollments. The Veterans Affairs Administrator will play a strategic role that cuts across all academic and administrative units at Fletcher and will collaborate with various Deans, academic programs, and student affairs departments. The individual in this position will take the lead on a wide range of strategic initiatives and drive results..
Knowledge and skills as typically acquired through a completion of a Master’s degree in related discipline and 5-7 years of related experience in a leadership role in an academic environment.
Previous Veterans Affairs experience.
