Pay Range: $30,584 or higher depending on education and experience

Position Summary:

The Copy and Print Center Lead operates and maintains high speed copiers and equipment and provides quality customer service by assisting customers with requests and recommending best options, advising on copyright policies and guidelines, and assisting customers safely operate self-service equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:
  • Adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing whole numbers, fractions and decimals
  • Following written and oral instructions
  • Operating and maintaining high volume color copier/printers and bindery equipment
  • Printing material using a variety of paper stocks and weights


Demonstrated customer relation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:
  • 6 months or more experience in operating high volume, high speed, copier/printer equipment
  • 2 years customer service experience
  • Organizing job orders and maintaining production records


Familiarity with:
  • Various machines (both copy/print and finishing)
  • Color management and color theory
  • Understanding design
  • Working in retail and/or with cash registers
  • Training procedures


Knowledge of:
  • Copyright regulations
  • Digital file transfer


Ability to:
  • Distinguish colors and textures
  • Multi
  • task in a busy environment
  • Understand and demonstrate knowledge of various software and output devices


Demonstrated knowledge of:
  • Presentation graphics and desktop publishing software including MS Office Suite and Adobe products
  • Raster image processors
  • Graphic file conversions


Demonstrated ability to:
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non
  • technical personnel
  • Work under pressure
  • Schedule, organize and complete tasks in a timely manner


Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

Specific to this position: Ability to lift or otherwise move materials weighing up to 50 pounds; ability to work safely around equipment.
