Position Summary
This position works within a team of medical providers who are charged with providing medical care to a large University student population and has an interest and ability to work with a college age population. Reliable time and attendance is critical to this position. In this position, you will:

  • evaluate and treat patients
  • document all patient encounters in an electronic medical record
  • review laboratory, radiology, and specialty reports
  • communicate test results to patients in a timely and confidential manner
  • provide first aid/CPR as needed

Minimum Qualifications
New York State Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Adult Medicine or Family Medicine. At least one year experience providing medical care through direct patient care in an outpatient setting (clinical rotations applicable).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a college/university health care setting is preferred.

Physical Demands
Salary Range $72,000 – $75,000
