Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Three (3) years experience in student records, a Registrar’s Office or a central administrative office at an institution of higher education.
If no applicants apply who meet the required competency level and training and experience requirements, then management may consider other applicants. Salary would be determined based on competencies, equity, budget, and market considerations.

Primary Purpose of Position
The primary purpose of the position is to provide support services to students, faculty, and staff in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities and activities in these support services include, but are not limited to, registration of students. Position will review degree audits and validate graduation clearance for undergraduate students; position will verify and print undergraduate diplomas for mailing to students.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The primary function of the Office of the Registrar is to provide support services to students, faculty, and staff in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities and activities in these support services include, but are not limited to, registration of students, certification of enrollment status, withdrawal of students from classes, processing official transcript requests, maintaining academic records, repeated courses, processing applications for graduation, maintenance of demographic data and scheduling of courses.
