What You'll Do
Working under the auspices of the Office of the Executive Associate Dean, the Program Administrator will support the activities, initiatives, and goals of The Fletcher School through the timely management of projects and assignments within the office of the EAD and across departments of The Fletcher School.
In collaboration with the manager or director, the Program Administrator participates in development of goals and strategies for a university program and creates a process to bring it to fruition. This includes developing a detailed plan, defining the scope and timeline of the plan, assigning team members to specific tasks, and evaluating and monitoring progress to ensure completion. The Program Administrator is responsible for implementing timely, effective communications to keep key stakeholders informed of progress. The Program Administrator maintains data and records and performs a wide range of complex activities that enhance business operations, administration, programs, and projects.
What We're Looking For
Basic Requirements:
- Knowledge and skills as typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
