This position is responsible for, but not limited to: video analysis, skill development of student athletes, game/ practice planning. Great opportunity for someone looking to get started in coaching at the colligiate level.

1. Teaching individual skill development and technique
2. Organize, administer and demonstrate aspects of team practice
3. Assist in practice and game strategy
4. Daily administrative duties for all aspects of the program
5. Evaluation of game video
6. Other duties as assigned by head coach
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant sport experience. Experience playing and/or coaching and recruiting at the collegiate or professional level. Preferred knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Must have the skills to communicate and motivate college student-athletes. Must have a flexible schedule.
Must be able to perform coaching related duties. Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs. Ability to throw batting practice preferred.
