The individual in this position provides administrative, financial, and general clerical support within the Office of Professional and Continuing Education. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to: 1) serve as the lead point of contact for registration services within the unit; 2) initiate invoices, requests for payment, and receive and process payments for programs offered; 3) initiate and process instructor contracts as well as payment vouchers for instructors; 4) ensure that CEU records are maintained with a high degree of accuracy; 5) work with program developers to ensure materials for programs are prioritized and prepared in a timely manner; 6) maintain and update a calendar of events to be offered by the unit and to ensure the timely posting of these events to the office website; 7) advise staff, administrators, and customers of various policies and procedures; 8) prepare reports and maintain records related to course offerings, registrations, attendance, CEU awards, and other relevant data.
