The Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (IAD) has an opportunity for a Project Administrator. The incumbent will manage and carry out tasks and activities for IAD and IAD-sponsored awards, including the NSF National AI Institute for Exceptional Education.

Key responsibilities include:
  • A lead role in scheduling virtual and in-person meetings across departments, universities, and external collaborators
  • Coordinating various outreach objectives with external partners such as summer camps, demo sessions, and info seminars
  • Assisting with organizing department events, including annual retreats and site visits
  • Assisting with procurement and human resource activities
  • Assisting with faculty outreach, data collection, and report preparation
  • Assisting with special projects and unit initiatives, as required
