Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented students to assist us in testing our new survey and course evaluation cloud system developed by Explorance. As a user tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and usability of our software. You will work closely with our implementation team to identify and report any bugs or issues, as well as provide feedback on the overall user experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, and a great opportunity for a student looking to gain experience in software testing and development. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of the software to identify bugs and issues.
Provide detailed feedback on the usability and functionality of the software.
Work collaboratively with our team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
Document and report any defects or issues found during testing.
Attend team meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a student at either Saddleback College or Irvine Valley College.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with survey and course evaluation tools is a plus
Additional Information:
$17.00/hr with flexible hours
Up to 25 hours per week
