International Student Recruitment Office
Position Overview
Assists the Director, International Recruitment by managing the day-to-day activities of the International Recruitment Office and coordinating international student recruitment campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of relevant work experience.

Strong presentation skills and problem solving skills.
Highly developed interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to obtain credit card for travel.
Good driving record and access to a vehicle.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Professional in appearance, motivated, self-directed, and have the ability and willingness to communicate enthusiastically with diverse populations in a positive, courteous, and professional manner.
Ability to regularly work evenings and weekends.
Willingness to travel extensively domestically and abroad
Willingness to complete Dedicated School Officer (DSO) certification.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience recruiting students abroad
Advanced cross-cultural communication skills.
Detailed knowledge of foreign education systems.
Familiarity with admissions requirements and international application processes at U.S. higher education institutions.
Familiarity with international student mobility trends.
Experience living and travelling abroad.
Proficiency in at least one foreign language.
Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications: * Advanced cross-cultural communication skills. * Detailed knowledge of foreign education systems. * Familiarity with admissions requirements and international application processes at US higher education institutions. * Familiarity with international student mobility trends. * Experience living and traveling extensively abroad. * Proficiency in at least one foreign language. * U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred in order to perform duties under the Federal DSO program.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm with extensive international travel.
