JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
WPI Facilities Department is seeking to hire summer custodial staff to assist with cleaning and maintenance work.

Hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 12pm.

Starting immediately until August 16, 2024. Hourly rate is $15.00 an hour.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Maintains building: sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, office space, bathrooms, and other related maintenance activities
• Empties trash and recycle containers
• Moves and relocates furniture, small equipment, and belongings
• Setting up and breaking down indoor and outdoor events

Requirements:

• Work Permit Required for 14 - 17 years of age
• Certificate of Health required for 14 and 15 year olds
