The Sponsored Projects Services department within the Office of the Vice President for Research, is seeking an Administrative Assistant I.
The Administrative Assistant I provides support to SPS department, that plays a critical role in research administration at UB, for office administrative support and to ensure efficient operation of the department.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:
* Process incoming and outgoing mail
* Manage shared folders for Payment requests submitted that are processed in SPS
* Process SPS Payments
* Manage shared SPS email boxes for communications from external and internal customers
* Triage phone calls
* Maintain office calendar
* Track and order office equipment and supplies in university procurement systems
