In this role you will assist in the conduct of large-scale, industry-sponsored clinical research trials in the areas of liver-related diseases. You will work in a medical setting with patients who are actively enrolled in a clinical treatment study. You will assist the study team and study coordinator in the conduct of study to include collecting data from patients (e.g. questionnaires, surveys), enter data in database, maintain study documentation, coordinate visits, schedule appointments, process blood and other human samples and assist overall in the completion of the study.
Tasks will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling study procedures
- Collecting, processing, packaging and shipping human samples, per protocol
- Accurately collecting and documenting data
- Data entry and query resolution
- Maintaining study documentation including patient files and regulatory binders
- Working with sponsor and study monitors
- Assisting in the development of source documents
- Performing other duties related to the conduct of clinical trials, as needed
