The Tufts Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences Dean's Office provides direction, policies, procedures, and oversight for faculty, administrators, staff, and students; provides academic and student services in an efficient, effective, and customer-oriented manner; works with the Deans, Faculty, Program Directors, and graduate students to maintain the quality of our programs; and solves problems that arise in any of these areas.
What You'll Do
The project coordinator is responsible for the planning, management, and execution of projects and initiatives within the dean’s office and the advancement of the strategic plan. These include special projects related to strategic initiatives, space utilization, routine facilities and IT issues, and events. Under limited supervision, provides advanced administrative support and coordination for university projects. Utilizing advanced knowledge and skills with varied office system applications, drafts reports, proposals, and communications materials for projects. Responds to more complex inquiries and provides problem resolution for constituents.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge & Skills as Typically Acquired Through Associate Degree and 5-7 years of Related Experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite and database applications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum $29.10, Midpoint $34.65, Maximum $40.20
Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
