High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Primary Purpose of Position
This position will be located in the Guilford County Extension Center. Valid N.C. drivers is required.
Provides specialized program support and technical skills to Extension Associates and Agents developing and delivering education through EFNEP, the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program. This position teaches classes using the EFNEP curriculum for the majority of the average weekly work hours. Consistent with the philosophy, policy and overall mission, goals and educational objectives of Cooperative Extension at N.C. A&T State University, EFNEP is a federally funded educational program which strives to improve the health of limited resource youth and families with young children through practical lessons in nutrition. Tasks include instruction, providing knowledgeable and focused customer service, marketing, event scheduling, expense reporting, and instructional assistance. Renewal of the position is contingent on the availability of funds.
