Position Summary

The Campus Mail Department within Business Services at the University at Buffalo, is seeking a Staff Assistant / Coordinator of Residential Mail Services to act as a liaison between Campus Mail / the 8 campus housing complexes as well as third party delivery vendors.

In this position your duties will be:
    • Provide support and guidance on all package / mail related inquiries between students / mail rooms. Acting as the main point of contact and provide leadership to all 8 of our residential mal complexes.
    • Responsible for overseeing the Ellicott Mail & Package center directly.
    • Establish a consistent mail and package experience between the 8 residential mailrooms so that it will be seamless no matter where a student lives on campus.
    • Work alongside Campus Mail on all package related challenges.
    • Provide strong customer service for all Campus Living package inquiries.
    • Act as the go-to person for all third party vendors, ie Amazon, Fed-ex, Lasership, and UPS.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Analytical and strong communication skills are a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs.
