FUNCTION:
All Food Service staff are responsible for maintaining effective customer service levels and contributing to the ongoing profitability of ABSO operations.
Under the direction of a Supervisor, or contract food service worker, the Grill Cook I performs routine duties of an assigned area of food services; maintain food service facilities in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition; performs cashier and clerical duties.
A food service environment is defined as any operation that prepares food for customers.

Qualifications:
Experience that would satisfy the requirement would be having worked in a hospital, fast food outlet, restaurant, collegiate food service area, or commercial kitchen.
