The Fletcher School Office of Admissions and Financial Aid is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and enrollment of students for eight degree programs (MA, MALD, MGA, MIB, LLM, MATA, GMAP, and Ph.D.).  The office is responsible for all matters related to incoming and continuing student financial aid.

What You'll Do

The Assistant Director of Admissions and Financial Aid plays a key role in all aspects of the admissions and financial aid process. Position involves a full range of admission responsibilities including: marketing and recruitment; reading and selection of candidates; public presentations, travel and interviewing; planning and implementation of yield events; updating the Fletcher Admissions web site; and coordination of student and alumni volunteers.  Plays a key role in scholarship selection and counseling current and prospective students on financial aid issues.  Assists in the planning and production of school publications and marketing materials. 

What We're Looking For

Basic Requirements: 


Knowledge and experience as typically acquired by: 

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of directly related professional experience.
  • Domestic and Foreign Travel required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills; excellent computer skills; excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must demonstrate mature and sophisticated judgment and the ability to think strategically and work independently.
  • Ability to work with a demanding and diverse set of faculty, alumni, students, and prospective students needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Technolutions Slate or equivalent Admissions CRM platform familiarity
  • Digital marketing experience
