Position Title: ERP Analyst II (Supervisor)                      
Department: Office of Information Technology

Status: Full-Time

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

Supervise projects/activities of the Enterprise Applications Services team and may perform technical work to support departmental staff and administration with the identification, evaluation, and selection of systems solutions.
Perform analysis of Colleague software updates to inform customers in functional business areas concerning business process modifications
Work with customers to solve problems, provide guidance and enhance their ability to use functional tables in the Colleague UI
Create software implementation test plans and assisting users with the execution of test plans as necessary
Act as a liaison between. internal stakeholders, the TU Information Technology department and Ellucian as it relates to Colleague services
Contribute to the refinement of administrative workflows and processes relating to Colleague
Actively contribute to knowledge transfer via trainings and the Ellucian ODSL knowledge base
May perform additional job duties as assigned

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:

Prior experience with Colleague software systems troubleshooting and support
Knowledge  of Colleague Studio and reporting tools.
Knowledge  and experience with implementing data governance framework
Experience  in an academic and/or customer support environment.
Experience collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
Experience with the Ellucian Colleague technology stack including Colleague Self-Service.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attentiveness to detail, patience, diplomacy, customer service and strong analytical abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving  skills with the ability to discern the "Big Picture"
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to learn and understand complex topics.
Knowledge of Datatel
Ability to prioritize and supervise multiple projects
Knowledge of SQL and P1/SQL

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer programming, computer engineering or a related discipline or combined work experience(s),  training, and/or certifications equivalent.
Minimum 5-years of experience with Ellucian Colleague Student
Working knowledge of cunent  security best practices and trends
Minimum 5-years of experience with processes in Higher Education setting
Excellent written and oral communication  skills

Salary:
Commensurate with education, training and experience

Additional Position Information
This position may require weekend and after hour work job responsibilities.
