Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Creative Services Department is looking to add an experienced Graphic Designer to the team. The Graphic Designer will assist with the daily activities supporting the university’s creative strategy team. Primary responsibilities include assisting with the design and production of marketing collateral to include brochures, flyers, posters, banners, signage, and presentations; preparing files for print and quality control. Other responsibilities include participation in weekly design collaboration meetings and maintaining tasks within the team’s project management tool.Responsibilities include the following: Design and/or make content modifications for a variety of marketing collateral such as flyers, posters, programs, presentations, brochures, and others as assigned by the Director of Creative Services.Collaborate with clients and graphic design team to execute designs and adhere to university brand, based on direction provided by Director of Creative Services.Prepare accurate and efficient design files for prepress and printing. Attend press checks and ensure materials are printed correctly and timely to meet deadlines.
