Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is recruiting for an Office Manager for Career Services at the Daytona Beach campus. The Office Manager provides administrative and operational support to the Career Services Office with the assistance of student employees. Responsibilities include the following:Conduct monthly budget reconciliation. Ensure implementation and compliance of office policies and procedures to keep things running smoothly. Compose departmental correspondence, mailings, and other information. Responsible for procuring necessary office supplies, assisting with database maintenance, performing data entry, assisting with company visits and special events, and appointment and interview scheduling. Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of office equipment. Serve as a front-line representative of Career Services; heavy interaction with students, alumni, company representatives, parents, the university community, external vendors and the general public. Reception duties to include answering and routing calls, responding to inquiries and providing general information to all constituents. Accountable for providing the Executive Director and Director with monthly reports on front-line operations. Hire, supervise and train student and graduate assistants. Act as coordinator and primary contact in Career Services for all major career events, including the Fall and Spring Industry/Career Expos. Oversee all administrative duties related to the planning and execution of the Industry/Career Expos. Assist the Career Services team with projects as needed.
