The Office of the Registrar is responsible for establishing and maintaining student academic records in a secure and confidential manner. Oversee class scheduling. Manage the day to day record keeping for all Arts, Sciences, Engineering and Nutrition undergraduate and graduate students. Oversee the event and space planning for all the Medford campus. Other responsibilities include, issuing transcripts; verify attendance; certify degrees, issue diplomas; produce the class schedule; supervise registration and Veterans Affairs; and records grades.
Working within the Office of the Registrar, the Academic and Event Scheduling Coordinator manages the scheduling and reservation process for approximately 50% of spaces on the Medford campus. The position is currently the functional administrator for the campus scheduling system and supports users with system usage and enhancements.
HS diploma and 1 to 3 years’ experience in student activities or college union.
Experience with Event Management Systems (EMS) preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Understanding of and commitment to issues of cultural diversity and college student development.
Demonstrated leadership, advisory, organization, and management skills.
College degree preferred.
