Position Summary
The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences’ (SEAS) Office of Graduate Education (OGE) is seeking a proactive, organized and tech-savvy professional for the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator.

Under the direction of the Assistant Dean for Graduate Education and Associate Director for Graduate Enrollment Management, the incumbent will:
Serve as the primary technical and systems expert for the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences instance of Slate Technolutions.
Manage SEAS application operations in Slate from application creation to through admission decision process. Analyze, identify, troubleshoot and solve complex technical and functional CRM and admissions related issues.
Provide excellent customer service and support for prospective students, applicants, faculty and staff.
Process admissions documents/record-keeping in Slate
Create and execute data-driven targeted, branded and automated campaigns designed to identify, attract and enroll candidates in support of quantity and quality goals; Oversee and coordinate targeted campaign tracking in Slate and Google Analytics to ensure accuracy to campaign data in various platforms.
Communicate with School of Engineering and Applied Sciences leadership through regular reporting, data interpretation and visualization, making proactive recommendations for positive and dynamic change.
Measure effectiveness of CRM through analysis of conversion rates, likelihood of interest, application, and enrollment, improve messaging and communications through content performance.
Manage the creation of an enrollment digital communication plan under the direction of the Director of Graduate Enrollment to support academic department and program specific goals.
Assist with one-on-one prospect meetings and other prospect outreach/follow-up initiatives.
Provide assistance with undergraduate workshops and events on attending graduate school
Perform outreach through various social media platforms (you tube, facebook, linkedin, twitter, Instagram to increase student engagement at professional development and alumni events.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in higher education working in admissions and specifically a diverse population of International students
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred. 2 years experience in higher education working in admissions
