The RISD Museum is pleased to announce an opening for a Marketing Associate.
Under supervision of the Deputy Director of External Affairs, the Museum Marketing Associate provides operational and administrative support for, and assists in, the planning, coordination and implementing of a variety of marketing and public relations related logistics, activities and projects. Generates reports and queries; prepares charts and graphs to highlight trends; and helps analyze data. Develops, recommends, and implements a comprehensive social media and email marketing campaigns; coordinates and manages the Museum’s relationship with local and tourist organizations; and maintains site pages and/or records relating to departmental activities and expenses, files, and press clippings.
As one of the three largest university art museums in the United States, the RISD Museum is a place for investigation, transformation and creative process. For artists, students, educators, and the greater community we make visual experience richer and deeper. We encourage inquiry. We foster connections between the visual arts and other forms from the literary to the scientific. We help build the skills needed in a fast-changing global society – how to look closely, think creatively, and embrace diversity.
