North Carolina A&T State University (N.C. A&T) is enhancing our human resources service delivery model with an emphasis on quality, highly responsive human resources service delivery to managers and employees. The Department of Human Resources at N.C. A&T is seeking a dynamic and accomplished
human resources professional to lead the total rewards function for the university. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, the Compensation Manager provides leadership and manages the design, development, implementation and maintenance of compensation and classification policies and programs to increase employee engagement and enable strategic success. In partnership with HR and University leadership, the incumbent administers pay structures, analyzes, and recommends compensation and workforce planning to ensure system sustainability and effectiveness. The Compensation Manager will serve as a consultant and subject matter expert to university leadership.
