There will be three (3) positions filled from this job posting, the location of these positions will be determined by the current location of the candidate(s) of choice.
The Coordinator, Outreach Programs position(s) will offer support and guidance to new and existing EFNEP Educators, through peer mentorship. Lead new hires during onboarding and their first year of work. Through one-on-one and group meetings, the Coord, Outreach Programs will be a knowledgeable resource and a positive role model for reaching and teaching EFNEP’s limited-resource audience.
Coordinates all aspects of outreach-related educational program(s) and service(s) to include the planning, development, and execution of programs.
Establishes and evaluates successful metrics for program(s) and incorporates changes as needed in order to ensure continuous growth and success of program(s).
Provides hands-on training to staff and/or volunteers to ensure others are successfully conducting program(s) as required.
Work with and mentor new hires during onboarding and their first year of work.
Works in conjunction with other staff and/or volunteers to support current programs and identify new opportunities.
May be responsible for monitoring the condition and maintenance of equipment and supplies as necessary.
May be responsible for assisting in marketing and communication efforts.
May be responsible for performing other duties as assigned.
