The School of Dental Medicine seeks candidates to fill a full-time UBF funded Billing Specialist position. The incumbent will perform the following duties:

• Answer patient phone calls, including billing questions and process credit card payments
• Post patient payments (credit card and checks)
• Review patient statements and prepare files for submission
• Send collection warning letters
• Submit charges to collection agency
• Post collection remits
• Audit self-pay charts
• Complete discount forms
• Implement payment plans
