Auxiliary Services is comprised of a diverse group of revenue-generating auxiliary enterprises that directly support student life, the Tufts community and the academic mission of the University. Auxiliary Services includes; conference & event services, the Joyce Cummings Center conference facility, catering and café, summer housing, university campus store, vending, parking and transportation services, student access services, and other revenue-generating enterprises. Program growth and development, while optimizing revenue and operating margin contributions, are be priorities for the Department.
Provide five-star customer service to all Tufts colleagues and guest of the University.
Providing support to students, staff, faculty, and guests of Tufts University in relation to IDs/Access, Parking/Transportation, Vending, Residential Laundry and other related request.
Coordinate workflow with other team members on all campuses to ensure coverage of common duties.
Provide department-wide support in relation to financial transactions.
Helping to resolve customer service inquiries through various communication outlets.
Assists with general work of the department to include but not limited to communications, document flow, customer resolution, financial support, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
