Work hours (for hourly positions):
Monday - Friday; 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Additional hours, including evening and weekend hours, may be needed to meet the needs of the department.

Operates a computer to process data and verifies data for accuracy and completeness.
Must be able accurately follow instructions. Ability to accurately input, update and delete data and meet deadlines. Errors could result in negative impact on operations.
Education and Experience:
High school education or equivalent and experience in an office environment gained through previous job related or educational training.
Requires proficiency in operating a personal computer and related software or its equivalent with proficiency, speed and accuracy. Must be able to operate general office equipment. Should possess excellent interpersonal skills in interfacing with faculty, staff and students. Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and oral instructions.
Physical Requirements, If Applicable:
Work in a general office environment with ability to sit for three hours without interruption.
- Using various codes, operates data entry equipment to add, delete, update, retrieve and verify data for College financial, academic and administrative operations; batches data for input; verifies data entry operations and makes necessary corrections.
- Assists in performing various clerical duties including typing, filing, copying and duties pertaining to student registrations and accounts.
- Assists in training part-time, temporary, work-study or newly hired employees.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
Current criminal record/child abuse clearances will be required if offered the position and in order to be employed at the College. The three clearances are Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check, and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal Background Check.
